Head Trainer


David has worked in the fitness industry for more than 10 years, most recently as a top trainer at New York Sports Club in Whitestone for five years. He has also worked as a personal trainer at many well-known gyms in Queens and Long Island. David is ACE Certified with several specialty certifications including CrossFit Lvl 1, Integrated Stretching, TRX Suspension Training, and KettleBell Concepts.


David is committed to his own personal fitness, but is even more dedicated to the fitness and wellbeing of his clients. He has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels and is able to tailor different techniques to make sure they meet their goals. David’s enthusiasm and dedication helps inspire, motivate and educate his clients. He has helped clients achieve higher self-esteem, confidence, and reach their ideal weight and fitness levels.
