Christine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal wellness through a holistic approach. With expertise in strength, conditioning, mobility, nutrition, and recovery, she focuses on functional training that enhances everyday movements. Christine’s dedication and knowledge empower clients to build confidence, reduce the risk of injury, and improve their overall fitness. Whether it’s catching a train, carrying groceries, or climbing stairs, Christine ensures her clients are prepared for life’s physical demands, guiding them to reach their full potential and embrace the belief that health is wealth.

Personal Trainer

Thomas is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former Army National Guard member who brings discipline, experience, and heart to every training session. He specializes in working with seniors and individuals with special needs, designing safe, effective programs tailored to each client’s goals. With a background in mixed martial arts and tactical fitness, Thomas knows how to push clients while keeping them motivated and injury-free.

Outside of the gym, Thomas is a dedicated family man who believes in leading by example. He’s passionate about building strength—both physical and mental—and creating lasting change through consistency and care.

Personal Trainer

Angel is a running coach and a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He has a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and believes that you can achieve anything with the right frame of mind. Outside of the gym, Angel is active and loves to run Spartan races, especially with his 10-year-old son.

Personal Trainer

Floyd is a NASM certified personal trainer. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from CUNY Queens College. Floyd comes from an athletic background that helps him program and train for strength and athletic performance. “Get Better Today” is the mantra that he lives by because everyone should strive to be better than their past self.

Outside of the gym, Floyd enjoys playing sports such as basketball, football, and playing video games.

Beth-Anne is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a strong background in education, customer service, and fitness. With years of experience teaching and coaching both kids and adults, she brings patience, energy, and a deep understanding of how to motivate people at every level. Whether you’re brand new to training or looking to push to the next level, Beth-Anne meets you where you are and helps you build real, lasting progress.

Outside the gym, Beth-Anne is passionate about art, music, and staying active. Her favorite part of training is seeing her clients grow in confidence and strength—both inside and out.

JUSTIN LEUNG

Lead Trainer

Justin is a graduate of American Academy of Personal Training as well as NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He approaches fitness as a lifelong behavior modification by creating healthy habits and mindset. He emphasizes his training program on muscular endurance, strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Outside of the gym, Justin enjoys dragon boat racing at national and international competitions.

Owner/Personal Trainer

David is Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS) Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and has several specialty certifications, Integrated Stretching, TRX Suspension Training, and KettleBell Concepts.

David’s enthusiasm and dedication helps inspire, motivate and educate his clients. He has helped clients get stronger, faster, more powerful, achieve higher self-esteem, confidence, and reach their ideal weight, and fitness levels.

Chesney is a NASM Certified personal trainer with four years of experience supporting clients through personal training in commercial gyms. She uses her experience participating in triathlons to fuel her passion for improving people’s quality of life and confidence through strength and endurance training. Chesney loves to see her clients grow physically and mentally stronger on their journey to reach their goals. Outside of the gym she loves to spend her days outside—hiking, biking, going for long walks, anything active and outdoors.
