David is Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS) Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and has several specialty certifications, Integrated Stretching, TRX Suspension Training, and KettleBell Concepts.

David’s enthusiasm and dedication helps inspire, motivate and educate his clients. He has helped clients get stronger, faster, more powerful, achieve higher self-esteem, confidence, and reach their ideal weight, and fitness levels.

 

 

Gabrielle Manticof-Shkreli

Personal Trainer

 

Gabrielle is a results driven personal trainer with a strong background in powerlifting. She works with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through highly comprehensive and attainable training programs. Her goal is always to motivate clients and provide them with a fun, energetic environment while they are training, while coaching them on an overall healthy lifestyle.

 

Gabrielle comes from New York Sports Club, where she worked as a personal trainer providing individual strength, conditioning, and weight loss programs tailored for client’s personal needs. In fact, she adjusted workouts depending on client needs including different types of fitness and weight levels, scoliosis, joint injuries, and other accommodations.

 

She received her personal trainer certification from the American Council of Exercise, and is also certified in CPR from the American Heart Association. Her achievements also include winning first place in the USAPL powerlifting competition in Pennsylvania, and first place in Revolution Powerlifting Syndicate (RPS). She has set three RPS records, including overall total, heaviest deadlift and heaviest squat. She also broke a state record for the USAPL as well.

 

Gabrielle has a keen ability to motivate clients in an encouraging and uplifting way to help them improve their overall fitness and health.
